When you is playing the computer on the game,and he's at the free throw line press:the x button to make him shoot faster,notice most of the time he will miss

When you are playing the game with two or more players you can hit start when the other players have the arrows even with the basket.
This will make the arrows go back to where they started and the time limit will keep going.


In NBA2K you can get 2 points instead of 1 while shooting a free throw. As soon as you shoot you press A to change control to the center then press X to jump and the center will catch the ball and dunk it like an alley-oop.
Make sure you get your timing down.
