When your going to defeat Carrigan, you should use your "Cheat Floating" while defeating her. You lead her as far away as you can from the key to unlock the treasure chest.
Then you lead her as far away from the Treasure chest. Then  you get your key and open the treasure chest, BRAVO!! 
To make sure you don't get hit by her you use your "Cheat Floating" and float over her or you can just stay far away from her as you can.



To defeat the Ghostly Trio:
Fatso in kitchen- Drop hamburgers for him to eat, then he falls asleep
Stinky- Spray with perfume, you get a bag of gold
Stretch- stick with the glue tube from a treasure chest.
Stinky in the graveyard- use whirlwind to make fall into the previously dug out grave
Army Fatso in toy room- use wind up key and then you have to hammer the tanks
