about 3 quarters through there's a red striped wall to your right.the medallion is on the beach

scotland 3:
in woods behind turn.you can't miss this one.

hong kong 5:
during the offroad part,cross the bridge,slow down and go into opening on your right and you will find the medallion under the bridge
