Hold L + R + Black + White at the "Press start button" screen.

Hide plays:

Bonus teams:
Defeat the Commandos, Chromides, Cows, Crocs, Da Rulahs, Gladiators, Hackers, Monks, Pansies, Samurai, Skeletons, Spies, Tumbleweeds, War Elephants, or Wildcats in fantasy mode to unlock them in single player mode.

Complete all the practice modes to unlock the Wildcats, Hackers, War Elephants, Cows.

Joe Montana:
To unlock Joe Montana, throw over 600 yards in a single game with the same QB.

Glitch: Invisible defense:
Go to practice mode and practice field goals.
Back up until your farthest kick barely touches the goal post.
Keep kicking the ball and it will eventually land on a spot where an invisible team will catch it and try to run it back.

Glitch: Floating sideline people:
Unlock everything and select the Abyss field.
Everything that is not on the football field will float in mid-air.
To see a close-up of them floating, do a play, then view the replay.
Move the camera off the field and look down.
The people also float in the Millennium Stadium.
The sideline people do not as much, but the crowd floats over nothing.
